Payment is usually made after successful service completion unless otherwise agreed. Any replacement parts, if needed, will be charged separately after confirming with the customer. Some repair services may include a limited warranty, which depends on the appliance type and repair work performed. Warranty does not apply to issues caused by customer negligence, power surges, water damage, or interference by another technician. Warranty details, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of service.
Customers are requested to provide accurate appliance details, address, and contact information when booking a service. The customer should ensure technician access and provide a safe and secure working environment. Our technicians are not allowed to perform tasks outside the listed company services.
While our technicians strive to deliver the best service, Karigar is not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing faults, electrical issues, or improper appliance use. We are also not liable for any indirect loss, data loss, or damage resulting from repair attempts. However, we always aim to maintain high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by informing us at least two hours before the scheduled visit. If a technician has already been dispatched, a visit charge may still apply. Refunds or adjustments, if applicable, will be handled within a reasonable time frame.
We respect your privacy. Karigar only collects necessary customer information such as name, address, phone number, and appliance details for service purposes.
